Spain are number 1
Beating USA and Venezuela by 4-0 and 3-0 in friendlies and lack-lustre performances by Argentina was enough to give top spot to Spain.
Mexico climb 8 places to 2nd and Sweden jump from 49th to third with 2 big wins.
Chile, Colombia and Croatia remain static, whilst there are a total of 5 new top 20 teams. Sweden we have already mentioned, Republic of Ireland go 6th from 23rd, Denmark 15th from 28th, Cote d'Ivoire to 17th from 69th, and Switzerland 18th from 24th.
Ecuador -4, Paraguay -11, Belgium -6, Montenegro -9 and USA -39 (places) all drop out of the top 20.
